A comfortable, thick men’s scarf of exceptional quality. A very strong, tight weave realized in 100% natural materials. This particular blend of Merino wool, cotton, and silk creates a remarkably soft feel to the touch for this denim blue scarf with a touch of rust red in an original checkered design. 100% made in Lyon, France.
INSPIRATION

Inspired by the game Tetris, this scarf features checks designed to look like a puzzle, adding a touch of playfulness to your look. Denim blue is the dominant color, with touches of beige, grey, and rust red added in a beautiful harmony of color. An original design from "Fabrique d’Écharpe".

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

Perfect for accessorizing classic suits, dark coats, and parkas for a casual chic look. The scarf also pairs well with jeans and adds a touch of whimsical wonder to your look.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To swash a scarf made of all natural materials, we advise washing by hand with a detergent made specifically for low temperature washing. Do not let it soak for too long. The scarf can be dried in a cotton towel before putting on a hanger. Iron on high heat with vapor to preserve the volume of the natural fibers. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The weaving method used to make this scarf, known as the Jacquard method, involves the interweaving of a silk warp thread with a wool, cotton, and silk weft thread, using a specific pattern. In order to do this, the Fabrique d’Écharpe weaving atelier uses Jacquard looms. The Jacquard loom was developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design by interweaving different colored threads. Thanks to the artisan weaving knowledge transmitted to us from generation to generation since 1880, today we have electronically controlled looms that allow for the scarf to be produced with impeccable quality all while respecting the purest methods of traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving.
