An extra soft, gorgeous, oversized stole to keep you warm and comfortable on the coldest days. This mix of patterns and designs lends an Art Deco motif to this en relief fashion accessory. The blend of natural materials, comprised of Merino wool, cotton, and silk, serves to accentuate the richness and beauty of this all-enveloping stole, which can become part of your daily winter wardrobe, or given as a special gift. The timeless blend of red and rust with beige allows for it to be worn with any fall outfit. This scarf is 100% made in our workshop in Lyon.
INSPIRATION

We normally associate the Art Deco style with the 1920s. While it’s true that the style reached its high point at the Paris Exposition in 1925, in reality, the Art Deco movement began around 1910. Several seasons ago, the Art Deco style began to return to the world of interior design. Today, we have adapted the style to make our Amour scarf, creating a unique and creative piece.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

As soon as the first chills of autumn arrive, our Amour scarf will become an indispensable part of your wardrobe. With its combination of Bordeaux red, rust, and beige, this scarf can easily be paired with camel-colored, chestnut, or dark red coats or parkas. Additionally, thanks to its sheer elegance, this large scarf can also complete an otherwise all black outfit to add a slight flair of color. Ideal for daily outdoor wear.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To wash a wool scarf, we advise that you wash it by hand. Do not let it soak for a long time. Ring it out in a towel without twisting it, and then lay it flat to dry. To iron, use a hot setting with vapor, in order to restore the volume and softness of the natural materials that the scarf is made of. While it cannot be put in the dryer, you can dry clean it.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The Jacquard loom is a weaving loom that was created by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design. Thanks to technological advancements over time, our looms are now electronically controlled via very efficient software that allows the scarf to be produced quicker and with a higher level of quality than before. Our collection of looms are at the forefront of technological innovation. We realized this scarf in the purest tradition of Jacquard weaving, resulting in a perfect product thanks to our savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation since 1880. This scarf is woven with a black silk warp. The base of the scarf is seen in the discrete small 2cm fringes at the ends, which are also black. With a hem on all sides, the finish is truly remarkable.
