A beautiful oversized extra soft stole to protect yourself from the cold of winter. A light floral motif with shaded nuances of red and fuchsia pink for everyday wear during the fall for an autumn chic look. This natural composition of wool and silk accentuates the richness and quality of this delicate stole. 3/4 cm colorful mini-fringes finish off the edges at the ends of the scarf. 100% made in France.
INSPIRATION

Inspired by a painting depicting stylized flowers that seem to transform into an abstract Tachiste style to lighten up the design and to highlight the background made up of five different blended colors with zesty accents of color. The designer chose a fall color scheme made up of red, ponk, and fuchsia.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

This stole can be worn as a scarf close to the neck, over a coat or parka in warm colors, and is also perfect with a little leather jacket. Thanks to its large size, you can also wear it as a shawl over a pantsuit or a jean and blouse outfit for the fall. It can easily replace a light coat or trench coat. This large scarf adds an elegant chic style to your look!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To swash a wool and silk stole, we advise washing by hand. Do not let it soak for too long, and dry in a towel then lay flat to dry fully. Iron on high heat with vapor to restore the volume of its natural fibers. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The weaving method used to make this scarf, known as the Jacquard method, involves the interweaving of a silk warp thread with a Merino wool weft thread, using a specific pattern. In order to do this, the Fabrique d’Écharpe weaving atelier uses Jacquard looms. The Jacquard loom was developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design by interweaving different colored threads. Thanks to the artisan weaving knowledge transmitted to us from generation to generation since 1880, today we have electronically controlled looms that allow for the scarf to be produced with impeccable quality all while respecting the purest methods of traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving.
