The silk dyeing technique used for the plain scarf is the “barque à tourniquet” technique. This ancestral technique, specially developed for light and delicate silk fabrics, requires little tension and very limited mechanical effort, giving the muslin excellent relaxation. The fabrics are then fixed and washed for colorfastness, strength and optimum feel. For the second scarf, the silk is printed using high quality digital inkjet printing, which guarantees high print definition, optimum throughput and maximum respect for the silk muslin. Both scarves are made in Lyon, made in France.
